a) It doesn't apply to tatuology because there is a False statement in the truth table.
b) No, it does not necessarily make sense in reality because not everyone gains weight eating after 8pm and because we don't know if it is true.
c) Truth tables are not necessarily useful in real life scenarios such as this.
7. Consider the source: the source is lifehack.org which is untrustworthy because I have never heard of it before.
Check the date: This was written on September 14th, 2013
Validate accuracy: I found two other articles that said eating faster after 8pm will cause you to gain weight. However I found three articles that stated the rule is to not eat after 7pm. therefore I am still unsure about trusting the source.
Hidden agenda: There are many ads alongside the article advertising healthy cooking products. therefore this article may be meant to try and sell things instead of giving people facts.
Avoid the big picture: Not to trust this article because there are not enough facts to back the claim.
8. Yes, this is a fallacy because the article does not back up its claim with any scientific information or data, this falls under the category appeal to emotion because women that are looking at this article are probably trying to find good ways to lose weight .
9. yes, this helped me to think more critically about media info and not to just trust a source without evaluating the claim by finding evidence to help support it.
I really like all of your explanations and I enjoyed working with you on the blog! :)
