  1. Oh I get the connection...a Biology major with a focus on Botony who like gardening. Coming from California and Oregon where you can grow almost anything, gardening has been hard for me in Lyons Colorado.....like right now I have some green tomatoes, but I will be surprised if they ripen in time for eating even though I bought the type that are supposed to produce in a short season. I suppose I should stop complaining and learn to make "Fried Green Tomatoes". I have had good luck with lettuce/kale & summer squash. What has worked best for you? Do you have a garden here in Boulder?

  2. I used to love eating watchamacallit, but now I cant find them anywhere. every time i eat one I get nostalgic haha, but hey if you ever have some in class please let me know!
